Last 10: Toronto: 3-3-4, Carolina: 3-6-1. 

The Toronto Maple Leafs will look to gain another two points tonight as they host the struggling Carolina Hurricanes, who are currently on a six game losing streak.  The Maple Leafs on the other hand will look to extend their season best point streak to seven tonight. The Maple Leafs sit in 6th place in the Eastern Conference and have a five point lead over the eighth place New York Rangers, and with 14-games remaining, the Maple Leafs have a good chance at making the post-season for the first time since 2004.

Some notes to get you ready for tonight’s Maple Leafs-Panthers tilt.

• Watch out for Nazem Kadri. – Kadri leads the team in points as he currently has 35.  He managed to rack in 10 points in his last five games, giving him a nice five-game point streak. If anything he’ll add to it tonight as the struggling Panthers visit the ACC.

Toronto Maple Leafs vs. Florida Panthers

Last Game: The Toronto Maple Leafs are coming off a 3-2 shootout loss to the Boston Bruins on Monday, as the two clubs have concluded the home-and-home mini series. The Maple Leafs managed to go home with three of the possible four points as they won on Saturday, and gained an extra point Monday.
